Service Description

Everyone will pick a goal that they want to achieve over the 8 weeks, then once a week you will be given a a new run to complete, this may be focusing on time, endurance, speed etc. Your program will be based on getting you to achieve your goal. This is individualized which means you can participate if your beginner, intermediate or an advanced runner and also it is individualized you will be apart of a small community group and added to a facebook page with like minded people who are also aiming to achieve the goal of improving their running.
