What's involved?

New run program every week, every 2 or 3 weeks will be a focusing on a different component of running
eg- distance, speed, time

Required to track run and send through for trainer to look over for the next weeks programming and to make sure your on track towards your goal

Provided with stretches that will help with running recovery

Provided with a warm up routine
