What's involved?

  • New run program every week, every 2 or 3 weeks will be a focusing on a different component of running

eg- distance, speed, time

  • Required to track run and send through for trainer to look over for the next weeks programming and to make sure your on track towards your goal

  • Provided with stretches that will help with running recovery

  • Provided with a warm up routine
